Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Begin of Tour Jakarta (Java) - Bandung (L)

From the airport or hotel in Jakarta, take the Cikampek Highway in the morning towards Bandung to Tangkuban Perahu. At the foot of the volcano, which is considered active, there are hot springs. Later transfer to Bandung and check-in at the hotel. Overnight in Bandung.

Day 2: Bandung (B/L)

After breakfast, head to Ciwidey Valley, south of Bandung. The first destination today is the crater of the volcano Patuha. On the slope of the 2,386m high volcano there are hot, sulfur-containing springs. You will also visit the Patenggang See and the tea plantations of Rancabali. On the way back to Bandung you will visit the "bamboo music school" of Pak Udjo.

Day 3: Bandung - Sumedang - Cirebon (B/L)

In the morning, you will leave via Sumedang to the old Sulatan city of Cirebon. The port city on the Javanese north coast is also called "Kota Udang," crab city, because crab dishes are a regional specialty here. After lunch, take a city tour of Cirebon. On this occasion you will see the Surosowan Palace and the old port. Not far from Cirebon is the village of Trusmi, which is known for the production of ornate batik. Characteristic of the batik made of circebon are less colorful patterns than artistic representations of animals and mythical creatures.

Day 4: Cirebon - Tasikmalaya - Garut (B/L)

After breakfast, drive over Ciamis and Tasikmalaya, known for its bamboo braiding, to Garut. On the way, you will visit the village of Naga, whose inhabitants still pursue centuries-old traditions and customs. Overnight at a hotel with a pool fed by a hot sulphur spring.

Day 5: Garut - Puncak (B/L)

In the morning, leave Garut and make your way to the Puncak Mountain Resort near Bogor. In the afternoon, you have at your own disposal, or you can optionally visit the Safari Park. The Puncak Pass rises up to 1200m above the surrounding area, offering a magnificent view over the surrounding tea plantations.

Day 6: Puncak - Bogor - Carita/Anyer (B/L)

Today you drive from the mountain to the beach resort on the West Coast. On the way to Carita Beach, visit the Bogor Botanical Garden. The rest of the day you have at your own disposal. Overnight and dinner at the beach resort in Carita.

Day 7: Carita/Anyer - End of Tour Jakarta (Java) (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, the morning is free at your leisure until the transfer to the airport or your hotel in Jakarta. (Optionally, a trip to Karakatau can be made from Carita.)
