Day 1: Begin of Tour Praya (Lombok) - Sembalun Lawang - Cemara Lima (L/D)
Mount Rinjani, LombokAt 06:00am leave the hotel heading east of Lombok for Sembalun Lawang village, the starting point for Mount Rinjani climbing. Rest for a while waiting for a light preparation. After everything gets ready, leave Semalun Lawang for Tengengean and have a rest at an opened stilt house - the native call it 'Berugak'. From Tengengean proceed to Pade Balong Springs Water for lunch. Afterwards turn left to climb up to Cemara Sewu and Cemara Lima located about 2,900m above sea level. Established tent for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Cemara Lima - Danau Segara Anak (B/L/D)
Danau Segara AnakAt 02:00am set off to reach the peak of Mount Rinjani. Enjoy the sunrise and the amazing scenery of surroundings (weather permits). From the top then descend to Segara Anak Lake (this takes about 5-6 hours) to find a good camping ground on the lake edge. There are hot springs nearby or try a touch of fishing in the lake. Meals and overnight at tent.
Day 3: Danau Segara Anak - Senaru - End of Tour Praya (Lombok) (B)
Mount Rinjani crater, LombokToday depart early for climbing to the rim before it gets hot. Then it is all down hill to Senaru on the north face of Mount Rinjani. This takes most of the day, about 5-6 hours. In the late afternoon transfer back to your resort in Senggigi Beach.

Important information for traveler: Outside of highly touristic regions like Bali there is only a limited touristic infrastructure available. Regular flight connections, restaurants and hotels (all classes from simple to high end) are limited. Flight cancellations and delays are quite common. Please don't expect amenities like warm water, air-conditioning and even comfortable beds at all hotels and homestays during the round trip. This applies especially outside of bigger cities.
