Day 1: Begin of Tour Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) - Gaya Island Resort

The Gaya Island Reort is located right at the beach of Malohom Bay. All Villas were build along the slope with a perfect view of the South China Sea, the mangroves and the Mount Kinabalu at the horizon. The resort wants to play a proactive role in the protection of marine life. The Marine Center is located in the neighboring Tavajun Bay, only 5 minutes by boat or a 45 minutes walk away. Visitors can learn how to make environmentally sustainable decisions in their everyday life. There is also a Turtel Rescue Project and a Coral Reef Restoration Project. The Resort is the perfect base to explore the Marine Park. Overnight at the resort.

Day 2: Gaya Island Resort (B)

In addition to the daily breakfast the restaurant also offers lunch and dinner (optional). The dishes are inspired by the Asia-Pacific region. Two more restaurant open after sunset: the rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the bay and Mount Kinabalu and the Omakase, which offers Japanese specialties. If you are looking for tranquility and relaxation you can visit the Spa Village (optional). Overnight at resort.

Day 3: Gaya Island Resort - End of Tour Kota Kinabalu (Sabah) (B)
