Day 1: Begin of Tour Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei) - Temburong (D)
Pulau Selirong WoodsIn the morning pick up from your hotel and transfer to a boat jetty in the city. Proceed in a local water taxi to Bangar town which will take around 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Bangar town jetty, transfer to Bukit Patoi Forest Recreational Park. Learn more about the daily life of the people in Temburong on the way. Proceed with a guided tour to the top of Bukit Patoi hill after registration. You will see some endemic plants and flowers along the trail. Enjoy the view from the peak before your return to the foot of the hill. Continue the journey to Batang Duri. Check-in at the resort. You can swim in the river or relax at the river banks. Dinner at the restaurant. Join a night jungle walk after dinner. Overnight at Batang Duuri.
Day 2: Temburong - End of Tour Bandar Seri Begawan (Brunei) (B/L)
Rainforest in BruneiStart the day with an early breakfast at the Terminal. After a briefing by today's guide you will continue your journey by long boat to Temburong National Park which will take around one hour depending on the water level. If the water level is low (e.g in the dry season or periods of low rainfall) you will have the privilege of getting wet and helping to push the long boat upstream against the water currents. Upon arrival at the park centre, register and get your park entry pass. After a walk through the tree tops follow a nature trail to a nearby water fall. The natural pool is perfect for a refreshing bath. Return to Batang Duri for lunch. Return to Bandar Seri Begawan in the afternoon.
