Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Begin of Tour Mulu (Sarawak) - Mulu Park (L/D)

Lang's Cave © Rima SuharkatLang's CaveArrive at Mulu airport and meet service. Continue to your accommodation in the park HQ. In the afternoon, start the 3km walk to Lang's and Deer Cave. After exploring the caves and following the plank walks around, return to the observation point. See when the bats leave the caves at dusk to hunt for insects. Return to the HQ and transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Mulu Park - Mulu/Camp 5 (B/L/D)

Boat trip in Mulu © Rima SuharkatBoat trip in MuluBreakfast in the morning. Travel upstream Melinau River to visit the Wind Cave. Lunch at the Clearwater Hut right next to the river. Afterwards travel on to Long Litut and start the 8.8km trek to Camp 5. Set up camp, dinner and overnight at Camp 5.

Day 3: Mulu/Camp 5 - Pinnacles - Mulu/Camp 5 (B/L/D)

Day 4: Mulu/Camp 5 - Mulu Park (B/L)

Explore the cave above the picnic area. It takes 200 steps to reach the entrance. The main chamber is 30m high and 30m wide. The Cleawater river disappears into the cave walls. Continue the trip back to the lodgings after lunch. Overnight at Mulu.

Day 5: Mulu Park - End of Tour Mulu (Sarawak) (B)

Breakfast at the lodgings. The morning is free at your leisure until airport transfer.
