Day 1: Begin of Tour Denpasar (Bali) - Kintamani - Ubud (L)
Tirta Empul Bathing PlaceEarly morning your guide will pick you up and you start your trip through the beautiful landscape of centre Bali to Tampaksiring where you visit the temple Pura Tirta Empul. This is one of the temples which have pools of very clean holy spring water. Until now there are holy rituals of washing and cleaning the body. Sick people from the whole island come here to take a bath in this holy water (Panjoran). Next to this temple is placed the ex-summer-residence of the 1. President of Indonesia, Mr. Soekarno. You will continue your trip along rice terraces to the border of Volcano Batur. There you will have a really beautiful panorama view of the volcano, the volcano lake and of the crater. Your lunch will be served at the restaurant with the panorama view. After this unique opportunity you will pass the jungle and wonderful rice terraces at Tegallalang and arrive at the Garuda Village. Only there the woodcarvers produce the famous Garuda statue and you will get a chance to watch the woodcarvers during their work. Not far away from the Garuda-Village is the place named Petulu. There at the afternoon time you can see and have unique chance to take pictures of a lot of long-legged herons. At the end then you will continue your trip to Ubud and check-in at hotel.
Day 2: Ubud (B/L)
Gamelan OrchestraAfter breakfast at your hotel you will have a short drive to the traditional market in Ubud, where especially in the morning you can watch a lot of activities going on it. Your guide will show and explain to you about all kind of exotic spices fruits and much more. After this unique experience you will come to the start point of your 1,5h trekking tour (Soft Trekking) along the rice fields and landscape of hills around Ubud. During the soft trekking your guide will introduce the whole Balinese tropical vegetation to you. To refill your energy and to refresh you will get the original Balinese coffee, backed bananas and the typical Balinese cake at the Balinese Warung. After the trekking tour you will have a short drive to one of the famous Spas of Ubud. Enjoy the afternoon with a traditional Spa treatment which includes massage and Body Scrub with natural ingredients. After the treatment you will feel like new born. Finally you return back to your Hotel to spend your afternoon time at the pool and relaxing. In the evening pickup from your hotel and transfer to today's venue. See a traditional dance performance.
Day 3: Ubud - End of Tour Denpasar (Bali) (B/L)
Tanah LotToday you will leave Ubud. After breakfast check-out from Sahadewa Resort & Spa and you will start your day by visiting the Elephant Cave Goa Gajah. This cave includes also a temple which was used long time ago by Brahman priests for meditations. Then you will continue your trip to Yeh Puluh Stone Relief. On the way to the south of the island you also will stop at Sudi-Dance School for children. Here children learn the traditional Balinese dance and you can watch them dancing. Next to the dance school you will find a traditional production of Gamelan instruments. At the end of your trip you will visit the next highlight - the famous sea temple Tanah Lot. After this highlight check-in at your hotel.
